Overview

StaffingLeads is a vertical AI BDR built only for staffing and recruiting desks.

You describe your ideal client profile once - industries, departments, role types, company sizes and locations - and a Signal Agent turns that brief into a standing monitor.

When something matches, the platform checks whether the account is known to you, resolves the director, VP or department head who actually owns the hire, attaches a verified work email, and then runs the email and LinkedIn sequence from your own accounts.

Replies land in a single inbox, and you can leave the agent on autopilot or review each message before it sends. The interesting part is the signal model, which the site breaks into four types: hiring intent (new roles, multiple openings, sudden increases in hiring), funding (companies that just raised and are about to add headcount), relationship (past clients back in the market, accounts where you have placed before) and people (someone in your network landing somewhere new).

The relationship signal is the differentiator, because it comes from your own placement history rather than a shared seller database - the vendor's point is that everyone sees the same job ad, and the quieter signals are far less contested.

Contacts are metered: Scout includes 50 verified contacts a day, Hunter 100, with unlimited Signal Agents only on Hunter so a multi-ICP desk can run one agent per profile. Who it fits: staffing agency owners, full-desk recruiters and BD teams who already understand their niche and want outbound to keep running while they fill roles.

Who it does not fit: marketing teams outside the staffing vertical, and anyone expecting a plug-and-play lead vendor - it targets hiring managers, not general B2B buyers.

Two caveats matter.

First, this is an early-access product: the 50% discount is permanent because the platform is young, and we could not independently verify the "50+ staffing firms" figure on the site.

Second, deliverability is entirely yours: sequences send from your email domain and your LinkedIn account.

Use Cases

Keeping a solo recruiter's desk fed with automated BD between placements

Alerting an agency BD team the moment a past client starts hiring again

Reaching companies that just raised funding before the job posting is contested

Running email plus LinkedIn sequences to the department head behind a new role

Comparing reply and meeting rates per sequence to tune messaging by vertical

Who Is This For

Solo recruiters and full-desk billers who fit BD around candidate work

Staffing agency founders building a repeatable outbound motion

BD teams and account managers at contract or retained staffing firms

Industry-specific desks in nursing, IT, logistics or manufacturing

Agency owners who want hiring-signal leads instead of purchased lists

Key Features

AI Signal Agents per ideal client profile

Define the industries, departments, role types, company sizes and locations you serve; the agent monitors continuously instead of handing you a list to work through. Scout runs one agent, Hunter runs unlimited.

Four hiring signals, not just job ads

Hiring intent, funding, relationship (your own past clients and placements) and network signals - so you can approach accounts before every recruiter in the niche sees the same posting.

Decision-maker resolution with verified email

For each signal the agent identifies who owns the hire - director, VP or department head rather than an HR generalist or a shared careers inbox - and surfaces a verified work email.

Automated email and LinkedIn sequences

Multi-step multichannel sequences send from your own accounts with an autopilot switch or per-message review, and every reply is collected in one unified inbox with sequence analytics.

Measured contact quotas

Scout includes 50 verified contacts per day, Hunter 100, both with onboarding call and priority support - enough to keep a desk busy without buying static lists.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Relationship and network signals run on your own placement history instead of a shared seller database, so the leads are ones competitors cannot buy
  • Targets the department head who feels the vacancy rather than an HR generalist or a generic careers address
  • 14-day free trial with no credit card, and early access locks the halved rate permanently: $98/month Scout, $248/month Hunter
  • Hunter removes the one-agent cap and doubles verified contacts to 100/day for agencies running several ideal client profiles
  • Sequences send from your own email and LinkedIn accounts with an autopilot or review-before-send switch and one reply inbox

Cons

  • Built exclusively for staffing and recruiting - outside that vertical it is useless, and it is not a general marketing tool
  • Early-access product with permanently discounted pricing; the site's "trusted by 50+ staffing firms" claim could not be independently verified
  • Scout is capped at one AI Signal Agent and 50 verified contacts per day, which pushes multi-ICP desks up to the $248 Hunter plan
  • No free plan, and inbox placement depends on your own domain reputation and LinkedIn account limits
  • Covers the client side of staffing only - nothing for candidate sourcing, screening or ATS workflows

The signal taxonomy is what separates this from a generic lead database: relationship signals drawn from your own placement history are genuinely not something a competitor can buy. The trade-offs are a narrow vertical, an early-access product whose "50+ staffing firms" claim we could not verify, and a very low Scout ceiling of one agent and 50 contacts a day. Use the trial on a single ICP before assuming the outreach volume replaces a BD hire.
