Talk to the editorial team
One inbox, read by the people who write the reviews. Corrections get priority.
We are a small editorial team, not a 24/7 support desk. Corrections are usually acknowledged within 2–3 business days; privacy requests within 5.
What to write to us about
Corrections and factual errors
Wrong pricing, a feature that was removed, a tool that shut down, a statement we got backwards. Send the URL and what is wrong. We verify against the vendor's own documentation and correct the page where warranted — including when the error flattered a tool we like.
Email about this →Suggest a tool we should cover
Send the tool name and URL, the marketing job it is built for, and one sentence on why it deserves a place in the comparison. Submission is free and does not guarantee coverage or a rating.
Email about this →Vendor and review access requests
If you work at a tool vendor and can provide review access, a demo environment, or documentation that is not public, we are interested. Review access does not buy a score, placement, or a favourable verdict.
Email about this →Advertising, sponsorship, and partnerships
We accept display advertising and clearly labelled sponsorship. Advertisers have no input into editorial content and do not see coverage before publication. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send current options.
Email about this →Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, or opt-out requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
Email about this →Press and media
Quotes, data from our published research, or background on the AI marketing tool market. Please include your outlet, deadline, and what you need.
Email about this →A note on what we cannot help with
We cannot provide technical support for any tool listed on the site, cannot intervene in your account, billing, or subscription with a vendor, and cannot act as a reseller or intermediary. For anything account-specific, contact the vendor\'s own support directly — the contact routes are usually documented on their status or help pages.
