Overview
Bardeen is an automation and workflow platform aimed at go-to-market teams.
Its own summary is blunt: source leads with an agentic web scraper, qualify them with AI and reach them with contact enrichment.
The product runs as a Chrome extension plus a web app, so it can pull data from pages that have no API, using either your own scraper or one of the premium scrapers and templates the vendor maintains for sources such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Crunchbase, Upwork, Product Hunt, Zillow and Facebook.
Results export to CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, and reach CRMs through the platform integrations. The commercial model is credit based and published.
Bardeen states that you always get 100 credits for free and that unused credits expire at the end of each billing period; a scraped or searched row costs 1 credit, an enrichment row costs 3, AI tools cost 1 per row, and importing data and downloading CSV files are free.
The pricing page, checked on 13 September 2026, lists Basic at 10 US dollars per month with 100 credits per month, Premium at 50 US dollars per month with 1,000 credits per month or 480 US dollars per year, and an Enterprise plan with custom bulk credits.
Bardeen also advertises SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CASA Tier 2 and 3 certification. Where Bardeen earns its place is the scraping-to-outreach chain in one tool: find a list, verify the contact details, let AI prioritise who fits your ideal customer profile, then push the qualified rows somewhere useful.
It markets itself as a way to automate lead sourcing and enrichment without a Clay-level budget, which is a vendor claim rather than our measurement.
The trade-offs are real: the browser extension model means work runs from your own browser session rather than fully in the cloud, enrichment burns credits three times faster than scraping, and scraping social and directory sites can breach their terms of service, so the compliance call is yours.
It fits SDRs, founders and agencies doing targeted prospecting; it is not a general marketing suite.
Use Cases
Building targeted prospect lists from sites with no API using the agentic web scraper
Enriching scraped rows with validated emails and phone numbers before outreach
Scoring inbound and outbound lists against an ideal customer profile with AI qualification
Syncing qualified leads into a CRM, Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion
Replacing weekly manual prospecting with reusable scraper templates and playbooks
Who Is This For
SDRs and account executives building their own pipeline
Founders and solo operators who prospect without a data team
Agencies that need repeatable client lead lists
RevOps teams standardising lead sourcing and enrichment
Sales teams that want enrichment without committing to enterprise data contracts
Key Features
Agentic Web Scraper
Build your own scraper or use premium templates to pull structured lead data from sites with no API, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Crunchbase and industry directories.
Contact Enrichment
Find validated emails and phone numbers for scraped rows; Bardeen charges enrichment at three credits per row, so cost scales with list size.
AI Lead Qualification
Describe your ideal customer in plain language and let AI score and prioritise which rows are worth pursuing before they ever reach a rep.
Agent Playbooks and Templates
Run repeatable GTM playbooks that chain scraping, enrichment, AI steps and exports instead of rebuilding the same list by hand every week.
Exports and CRM Sync
Push qualified rows to CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, and move lead data into CRM and communication tools through integrations.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Reaches data on sites without APIs by working in the browser, which is where most lead sources live
- Scraping, enrichment and AI qualification sit in one credit-based workflow instead of three subscriptions
- Transparent published pricing: Basic at 10 US dollars per month and Premium at 50 US dollars per month, plus 100 free credits
- SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CASA Tier 2 and 3 certification, which matters when handling prospect data
- Maintained scraper templates for common sources cut setup time for prospecting lists
Cons
- Enrichment costs three credits per row, so contact discovery drains a plan far faster than scraping
- The browser extension model ties runs to your own session, so it is not fully autonomous cloud execution
- Credits expire at the end of each billing period, which penalises spiky or occasional usage
- Scraping social and directory sites can conflict with their terms of service, so legal review sits with you

Bardeen is a focused GTM tool rather than a general marketing suite, and that focus is its strength: sourcing rows from pages with no API, enriching them, qualifying them with AI and exporting the survivors is one job, done in one credit-based workflow. We verified the published numbers on bardeen.ai/pricing on 13 September 2026, which states 100 free credits, Basic at 10 US dollars per month for 100 credits, and Premium at 50 US dollars per month or 480 US dollars per year for 1,000 credits, with scraping at 1 credit and enrichment at 3 credits per row.

Our caveats are operational. Enrichment burns credits three times faster than scraping, credits expire each billing period so spiky users pay for capacity they may not use, and a browser extension agent runs from your own session rather than autonomously in the cloud. Scraping social and directory sites can also conflict with their terms, which is a judgement call we would not hand to an automation. Buy it for targeted prospecting, not as a replacement for a CRM or a marketing platform.
